If you’ve tried diet after diet and nothing seems to stick… it’s not because you lack discipline. Most diets fail because they only focus on calories—not what’s actually happening inside your body. They ignore the real drivers of weight gain and frustration like poor nutrition, blood sugar spikes, chronic stress, lack of sleep, and loss of lean muscle. Over time, these factors slow your metabolism, increase cravings, and leave you feeling stuck in a cycle of starting over.
